Odum Conference 2009 Registration

**In order to make the Odum Conference available to potential participants from agencies and institutions who now have severe financial constraints due to the economic circumstances, we have arranged for new, reduced fee conference packages, now listed on the Registration Form, as well as low-cost student housing at the E. N. Huyck Preserve & Biological Research Station.

We have extended the registration deadline to April 15 to give these potential participants ample time to take advantage of this new opportunity.**

The Rensselaerville Institute Meeting Center is handling all registration for the conference, both for those who will be staying overnight there and those who will be going there only for conference activities and meals.

The registration deadline is April 15. However, if you need more time because you're waiting for funding approval from your sponsoring institution, please let us know at odumconference@gmail.com.

Please see the Registration Form for available conference packages, prices, and registration instructions. The conference packages now available include a wide range of alternatives, with and without lodging, for one day of activities or two, and with or without meals.

If you will be using the Huyck Preserve student lodging, make sure to follow the instructions on the Lodging page and to also use the Registration Form to register for a conference package that does not include lodging at the Rensselaerville Meeting Center.

When registering, conference attendees are also asked to complete and email a brief questionnaire to odumconference@gmail.com. We are exploring issues surrounding collaborative approaches to invasive species research and management, and your responses to the questionnaire will help Conference Organizers shape the lines of inquiry pursued during the conference.
